Do you dream of a better lifestyle? Are you thinking about which is the best way to get there?
Let’s look at psychology. Psychology looks at the habits you have, analyses them and looks at how you can live with them, get around them, deal with them, carry them or change them. It's anything to do with what is there already. In contrast, transformation means elevating your awareness to those habits so much that you can see where they come from, why you do them and what is running them with such clarity that you begin to find those habits laughable. The habit then carries no weight on you anymore because even the survival part of your brain sees it as actually going against itself. That then causes breakthrough and transformation.
I am not into psychology or solving problems, or talking about my personal problems for hours on end. Instead, I am into creating the dream, taking the actions to make it happen, and as I become confronted, looking at why this happens and what is stopping me from taking those important actions. Once I get there, it is a matter of doing transformational work, looking at why I stopped, what habit is in my way, and where it comes from.
In distinguishing this, you are then able to see its origin, and in seeing its origin you are then free from it. Because it is no longer just the way the world is as an assumption, it is an awakening to how you have assumed the world is. So, it is no longer an assumption, it is now in your awareness, and you can free yourself from it completely.
This doesn’t mean that these disempowering beliefs you have about the world such as 'nobody wants me', 'I’m not good enough', 'I don’t fit in', 'it will never happen' and 'it’s too difficult', won’t always be there. But once you have become aware that it is a belief and that you created it, that you invented it, and that you don’t need to be these ways anymore, that then gives you freedom. That then gives you transformation because you are able to laugh at these human aspects and you can say. “OK, I got it! I can see how the world is and I can see how the world isn’t". And then you can ask yourself. "What do I choose now?". Then follow such a question upon yourself with. "I choose to be healthy, I choose to be wealthy, I choose to love my family, I choose to have a great life and to take the actions no matter what.”
Here you have access to 'real' transformation.
